Hello All, I'm Mac but there is another Mac here so I'll be using the nick Macman instead I'm new to the forum (doh!) and completely new to property investment. I have a house on a block in eastern Melbourne and I am planning to subdivide the land and build a townhouse on the new subdivision. Being a complete noob I hope I can learn enough from other forum members to complete this project successfully and still be game for more projects after this I guess my point is that you will be seeing many more questions from me, than answers.
