    Any guru wanna comment? Both standalone houses in walking distance to train station and shops. And yeah, same price tag. Only thing is Heathmont one is older wear and tear but 200sqm more land.

    @ATANG not a guru but will take Heathmont (mainly coz flow on from boxhill, Blackburn so on).

    Same thoughts, but it always amazes me how fascinating melb maket is, as in distance is not the key thing in growth potential.

    glen Waverley, Ringwood are not exactly that close to CBD yet look at it now
