    Friend just sold his house and business in Mackay to moved to Brisbane due to schooling for the kids.

    Any good news in Rockhampton yet @Sea Change ? All the Qld regionals seem at a similar stage in the property cycle

    Just bought in Mackay. Lowset 4 bed brick on 800sqm. Walk to beach. $341500.

    This property had been listed since Oct last year but was not in a position to buy. As soon as I made an offer it went to multi-offers. 3 contracts within $5k of eachother.

    Agent has sold all of her listings with not much in the pipeline. She has buyers lining up. Locals, interstate and international.
