    Hi,

    Just wanting to get a sense of the 'general' policy of the majors or tier 2's of the maximum LVR for RLZ1 (Rural Living zone) properties in postcode 3720. The property is approximately 10.5 acres.

    90% LVR - cannot be income producing. Your potential issues are going to be with the risk ratings and comparable sales. Purchase is going to be easier to finance than a refi or equity release.
