Are there any lightweight full sports mode luxury watches available, would be interested.
For now, happy with my $30 Timex sports watch for $30 from Catch of the Day.
My wife bought me an Apple watch for XMas, it's still in the box...

I've got a few in my collection.

I got a Sub to mark a milestone last year. Love it but can't justify another purchase any time soon.

Going to HK/Macau next week. Hoping to find something decent. Too bad the AUD is so bad compared to a few years back.

You should consider looking in KL. No tax for tourists and the MYR has been hammered more than the AUD in the last few years.

That was where I got my AP :)

Nice! I was also considering just buying local and claiming the tax back at TRS.
If I can get a decent enough discount from the store (8-10%) do you think it would work out similar?

If you're passing through Singapore I can pass you my contact at the Rolex AD. He's offered me 8% off the GMT so datejust should even a bit more. You'll be able to get the 7% odd GST back too.

Bad?? It's terrible! The only I'd still buy in HK is a bespoke suit.. and even then the cost of accom for a week while they make it/measure you is killer!!

I like to look at them. When I'm earning more than my wife can spend, then I'll look at getting one.

Nice collection mate - what kind of IWC?

    Ceramic with date?

    Make that 2...

Maybe checkout TRF - They tend to workout fairly cheap.

Casually carrying a US $35000+ watch in a collection

Quick question: Any suggestions for a nice everyday wear watch that includes a compass? Prefer something affordable, so probably not really on topic..
