Who else is watching Luxe Listings Sydney?

This is a whole new world of agents and BAs trading $10m+ houses (sometimes unseen) on phone calls and after seeing some of the Eastern suburbs houses in 4K, you can probably guess why big money always chases Sydney first.

D’Leane Lewis (one of the agents in the show) grew up in Blacktown before working as an assistant for an Eastern suburb agent. She is now the the top agent in Eastern suburbs 18 years in a row and grossed $3m in commissions last year alone. Very impressed with how far she has come in life!

Most PC users will love the show (if you haven’t been watching it already)!

I've never heard of it. Is it free-to-air or one of the paid subscriptions?

I find that there's more than enough for me to watch on Netflix and free-to-air to bother with paying for another channel. I might be tempted to plonk my bottom down in front of the idiot box more than I already do if I had more choice.

There is a free to air version coming (can't remember what channel, but have seen to promo ads) - sorry - I think it's not much more than a narcissistic **** of egotistical real estate agents and obscene amounts of money for "look at me" tat that could be better spent

    I won't be watching

    I love it

The houses are insane, how the super rich live

    Binged on the lot yesterday

What was interesting was an auction I watched, spectacular harbour, city, views. The BA offered $13M prior to auction which was rejected.

The seller was from Japan, dont want to spoil it ….. but there was a crazy fight for this property. You will not believe what it sold for

    Watch it…. Wont disappoint

Yes, of course, but it helps ratings. If you ignore the fluff ….its great to view some of these amazing properties and the locations

The re agent Gavin who spent his birthday on a boat with his team/staff that he calls family….. what can I say? I felt sorry for him, imagine at 33 yo putting yourself under this pressure to impress people?

The BA a different story, seems far more grounded.

I predict after this show they wont need their business.

Spoiler alert guys! I intend to watch it soon.

I'm fan of Gavin's. If you don't like real estate agents.......for whatever reason that's fine.

Just appreciate the work ethic of both himself and his brother, incredible

I appreciate Gavin’s drive/ambition. The short jokes are very funny… water off a ducks back for Gavin

I am curious whether Gavin was able to sell that Bondi 1 bedder .. incredible price drop from $5.5m to offers between $2.5-$3m.

Don’t spoil it as I haven’t gone past first 3 episodes!

I wont spoil it….. the seller was delusional, she settled down once Gavin told her the facts….. of $$ per sqm

In reality this is a 55 sqm unit

We have watched 3 eps so far. D’Leane Lewis comes across well I thought.
Harbour views in 4k are awesome.

We binge watched this over the weekend, was quite entertaining given I've met both Gavin and D'Leanne at opens over the years and happened to have viewed some of the properties featured on the show.

Michael Pallier makes an appearance in some of the later episodes and I think his much less ego driven but no less successful.

    Looking forward to Season 2.

    Saw him

Loved when he asked the BA if the eccentric potential buyer could afford the property he was showing…. I would have asked the same question:) very funny

Haven't watched the show but Michael Pallier is a personable down to earth guy (never haggled with him though). That's a pretty unusual comment coming from me about a RE agent, let alone an eastern suburbs one!

I loved the DA approved proposal for this property, I think once you add the modern addition with the pavillion and 20m pool it will make all the difference and turn it into a $50m property.

I bought from Michael recently off market and he was so pleasant and accommodating. I've never felt more comfortable calling an agent at 9pm for a chat, so I can see how he's become so successful.
