Northey Street is actually a bonus to living in Lutwyche it is the best markets in Brisbane hands down because it is 100% organic and you are only allowed to sell what you have produced yourself. You can't buy junk from China and sell it like you can at the west end markets. Pretty yuppie now I've noticed maybe that's all the people living in those townhouses I don't know but its still a really nice market and I believe a selling point for the suburb

And the parking, you might get lucky and get some floating car action, might find your car replaced with another car.

Northey Street is in Windsor, not Lutwyche.

And just saying there could be similar floody issues near the other creek as there is near that one.

A new development was just approved for Lutwyche. It’ll have an indoor market hall, a rooftop urban farm, a craft brewery, boutique cinemas, restaurants and cafes but will take 3 years to build. A good time to buy inner north Brissy?

‘Sculptural family of towers’ approved in Brisbane

Great news for Lutwyche.. it will definitely put the area on the map. I'm not sure the houses close to Lutwyche rd will be more in demand since it's such high density there now.. serious lack of street parking combined with houses being in the shadows of the taller buildings..

Great news for the quieter streets away from Lutwyche rd.. I'm still in shock that basic 3bed house in Damon st sold for $1.35m
