NSW Lower North Shore property manager recommendations?

    High time to canvas the market for a new PM for my North Willoughby IP. Apart from the usual criteria that they can do their job properly, I'm also looking for:
    • Management fees < 7% (inc GST)
    • Allow me to pay for management fees and maintenance fees separately (rather than have them taken out of rent)
    Does anyone have recommendations for a suitable PM in the area?

    Hi chylld - I would be happy to help, we manage 6 other properties nearby, certainly charge less than 7% and are flexible on a fee payment solution.
