    I hear you! Driving around Alexandria, Zetland, Mascot etc on Sat morning is a nightmare. But if its great development; ie taller narrow buildings with public space around the base rather than low squat buildings, that is a lot of Alexandria, it could be a great place to live. Thinking of Broadway's Central Park, or Green Square. And yes, has to be near rail.

    The "fear of height" is a quirk of Sydney planners which hasn't helped supply in the past
