How to Make Cauliflower Rice the Easy Way | Low Carb Yum

Here is my contribution to healthy living,
a lot of my clients are using this,
    its essentiall a rice replacement
fairly cheap if you do it yourself, a little more if you buy it
it tastes very similar to real rice, especially in curries etc.

good for weight loss, cutting, general health,

one of my clients lost 5kg in two weeks replacing all her rice with cauliflower!!

    give it a try everyone

I'm thinking about the taste and mouth feel difference between the two. It must be becoming more popular/mainstream with the big supermarkets stocking it.

I also saw this recipe - Vegan Cauliflower Fried Rice - Cook Republic

Rice isn't that unhealthy though?? (just a question, I would cut out bread, pasta before cutting out rice).

Another idea for people that love spaghetti is what we call zoodles.
Just get zucchini and cut into long strips like spaghetti and blanch in boiling water , use as a replacement for spaghetti and even for dishes that you would use rice for ,stroganoff, thai curry, kormas or satay wet dishes.
You can buy special peelers that will do one zucchini in about 30 sec, from specialty shops that sell kitchen gadgets for about $5-10, they can come in different sizes and can be used on many types of vegetables.
Carrots can even be used , but work easiest on soft veg like a zucchini.
Cook time is less than one minute as the water generally just needs to reboil , similar to broccoli, as overcooking tends to destroy it.
