Lovely email from one of my tenants

    I've received a lovely email from one of my tenants (via my PM) - "for your peace of mind I can tell you that I'm in IT in the health care industry so I'm working, and will probably be continuing to work during this time."

    It did come with an invoice for an emergency plumber at the weekend, :D but still, the plumber's bill is far smaller than loss of rent!

    Very nice of them to not assume their landlord is a billionaire.
