    I love your tenants thought process ChilliBlue..
    My tenants have just asked for a new TV arial and provided me with a quote (as apparently there is no TV arial) from a famous TV arial franchise, 4 months after they moved in..
    only they forgot to look up at the TV arial ( whats that thing on the roof???) and down at all the TV arial plugs in the house... :eek:
    gotta laugh...

    Yeah, but they know your rich, so put in a new one so they can just enjoy TV......big meanie.

    @dabbler - Put the outlet in the bathroom or well away from the power outlet - just in spite.

    All the existing outlets are right next to their very own power points.....
    I promise to put the new ones in as far away as possible, as soon as I hear from their solicitors....

    Just not good enough !

    Actually, why don't you agree, have the PM advise them the rent will go up 20 per week if they really want more outlets over the ones already supplied.

    On a serious note, are you sure they are not asking for sat system, or cable TV ?
