Bran, that doesn't seem to be a great start to tune up dear old aunty...

Maybe let Aunty know that, in the spirit of sharing, sprituality, bears and hugs, all of which are you favourite things, you made a sizable donation to this citizen of the world:-

A work friend won 22m about 3 years ago. Bought a few houses for family members and invested in a few business. Doesn't work anymore and just does a bit of travelling.

I won about $300 a few years back. Had five numbers I think. Was expecting another zero at the end of the prize at least :p

Don't be sorry. I blow $8.55 every Saturday on lotto. I also gamble millions on believing house prices will go up. . . .

Paying $6 for a cup of coffee everyday is stupid tax to me. But each to their own.

I was only paying $3.50 for coffee and I still quit. My tax on the stupid is buying lunch instead of taking it from home. It costs thousands of dollars a year.

In contrast I think I spend a dollar or two per week on lotto. Syndicate.

Ironically some states in the US use this tax to fund schools. Many of their graduates go on to buy lottery tickets.

Apparently I have a long lost uncle in the U.K who won 18 million and no other relatives.
I just need to pay the Nigerian solicitor a couple of thousand via bank transfer in advance for a small amount of legal work so that the funds can be released to me.

I think I could spare a few bucks for the teacher wanting to take those kids on a trip to Tasmania on the go fund me article mentioned above. Any science boffins might want to look at another Queenslander, a teenager, using a go fund me to travel to the Missouri Institute of Technology for a physics love in. Or whatever a gathering of physicists is called. As the parent of a daughter who adores physics I donated! Made me think when I was her age if someone said physics they might get their gob washed out wih soap.
