I’m looking at buying a unit but according to the Section 32, the unit I want to buy has 67% entitlement and liability in a block of 18 units.

Why is this so disproportionate to what the other owners are paying?

Shame it wasn't 67... Almost enough to vote for redevelopment.

That is good, you can rule the roost, been a few members here who seem to want to get into strata plan and then run things.

Motion one for next meeting, owner of said unit to be referred to as the King. The a re write of all rules as King sees fit.
