    Are purchasers really this uneducated on so many levels?

    Seems to be a few holes in this one.

    • Where was FIRB? Dale of an existing property & foreign buyers
    • Not subject to finance?
    • Really? 10% deposit paid?
    • China not releasing funds for purchase - you might check it out before signing a contract
    • On the plus side, it does have a g/f or self contained accommodation.
