    If you don't believe your PM (a problem in itself) ask them to quote the relevant section and check the Act yourself. A phone call to the relevant authority should give you the correct answer.

    And do they happen to know someone who will do this for you, for a small fee....+GST....+postage....+petties....+anything else I forgot, so you can comply and sleep at night again......

    My Fluffy sounds like a pedo...Or had a gas issue.

    Seems the fibre in Mr Fluffy's case was a specific type and nothing like cellulose / paper / wool and some other forms of insulation pumped into ceilings.
