    Similar health conditions at those age? If yes when I'm 70 something I might think I'd drop dead sometimes soon anyway :confused:

    Ah OK, so the triathlete is super lean and that's almost all muscle. Amazing.

    That bone density is almost double too!

    Looks more like Osso Buco to me. Slow cooked rather than charred on the BBQ.
