    Hi all,

So as advertised, i'm looking at studying Property Management as a career, I just don't want to pay out money/apply for HECS/VET fees to end up possibly disliking the course and not wanting to proceed down this career path, that would be a big waste of money and time for both me and the learning institute.

Therefore, I was wandering if anyone would have any suggestions of specific websites/forums that I might be able to go to for further information and resources to use to possibly assist me in determining my decision to proceed down this path.

So far I've downloaded an e-book which i'm still reading through, it seems to be informative but is giving me more information about Property Management in the USA, which is probably similar to Australian Property Management, however I would prefer an Australian version so I get the correct information locally. Other than this, unfortunately I've not had much luck in tracking down information online.

    Many thanks
    Adam

Agreed with @D.T. there is good info. and encouragements from that thread.

I also suggest you talk to property managers and get run down of their duties. See if there is other agency that is willing to take you on for work experience and you can decide if this is the career for you.

    good luck with your journey.

Part time job? Saturdays? On the job experience! (Whatever you do , don't do a trainee ship! Make sure you get paid!)
    I hope this helps
    Good Luck!

Have a look at the OTEN website. Speak to one of their careers/course advisers. The teachers are great - have a chat to either of the Robs, Angel, Sandra or any of the others.

PFI provide our clients with the opportunity to purchase an investment property, together with performing equity investments from a wide range of ASX listed securities some providing monthly income. This is the value of advice.
