Hi I am new here. I am looking to buy a 3 or 4 bedroom house in the south eastern suburbs with good connectivity to Monash Uni, clayton. The prices in this area are really high. Buying on auction is not my cup of tea. Would I benefit from a buyer’s agent? Dashdot has heaps of reviews but unsure if it’s right for me. I have spoken to Dragan Dimovski from Buyersagency Australia. He operates as an individual and the fee is approx 13K plus GST. He came across as reliable and knowledgeable but I am not 100% sure if he is the right fit for the specific suburbs that I am looking to buy into.

How do I find the right buyer’s agent and will it help me save any money in the suburbs like Clayton, Ferntree gully, Narre Warren, Ringwood, Keysborough?

    Hi @Peaceprosper2024

May we clarify are you talking freeway connections to Monash Uni? If you needed a Plan B in terms of public transport, Ringwood might be a bit epic... same with Narre Warren.
