Personally, I would lurk long enough on the forum to deduce who is apparently successful. Then stalk them and steal their team. That's what I did/am doing. Funnily enough, in most of the people I did this too - the background team was identical.

My old country doctor grew up as a farrier, worked on the abottoir, then did vet science followed by medicine. Does that count?

A lawyer I used to work with was also a practising dentist and family dispute resolution mediator all at the same time - so pretty close!

Are you going to name your team before kick off, coach?

Nope. Because those individuals aren't the only way, and I don't have much of a personal track record with them yet.

Whilst many inspirational stories and interviews exist on the forums, my situation differs from many - thus, their team may not be right for me, like my eventual team won't be right for the next guy. By 'apparently successful', I mean - successful in the strategy that I wish to pursue. I've reached out to many of those.

What I do have is a series of mistakes before joining somersoft/PC that I am determined not to repeat.

And it's a process in evolution and probably always will be.
