    Hi Guys
I am looking for a block in Coomera over 450m2 to build the home. But it is really hard to find in the realestate. com at the moment and we keep looking for many mouths. Hoping can get some advice for finding the block. If someone wants to sell land in Coomera please contact me. Many thanks!

from ( ancient ) memory Coomera can get a bit wet , have you checked the flood maps in that area given there are new developments with unknown consequences , i might suggest a sloping block might have advantages

    cheers and good luck

Have to look much further north.
Or what about just buying existing?

Maybe check out some of the planned estates along Reserve Road? Upper coomera (not so floody). Maybe even in the foothills of Mt Tamborine? There is land out there.

Which ones? They're pretty much all developed and sold already

Oh, i thought there was one planned very close to the roundabout. There have been blocks in Wongawallan, (still one on tamborine oxenford rd), so maybe there are options? It seems to be a very very tight market atm

Council and developers can't keep up with the demand here, blocks sell like hotcakes.
The ones that are still on market typically odd to build on or have some other quirks.
I think I know the Wongawallan blocks you're talking about, the large ones, they look ok but not cheap, depends on budget I guess.

There is a large parcel of land that has been in the works for a few years and finally approved by Council late 2020, located in Worongary, scheduled for first stage release mid 2021.
