    As part of my Masters in Applied Finance at Kaplan I studied "FIN 238 Real Estate Analysis and Funding".

    It gave me a good broad overview of real estate for commercial, large retail and industrial. Really good lecturers from big syndicators.

    Strongly recommended and a hell of a lot cheaper than these 2 day courses.

    And Kaplan arent spruikers. Good independent education and not a veiled sales speil. A large number of so called courses are expensive and a lure to attract buyers to overpriced introductions etc.
