    Hi Guys,

    Looking for a good property manager in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Can anyone recommend one? Do you need a property manager from around the area or can anyone do it?

    One on north side has gone up about 6% for this notified period. Just creeping past inflation.

    You don't want your PM to be too far away from the property or it is too epic for them to visit the property for inspections etc. You also want them to have plenty of other properties in the area on their rent roll to ensure they have a solid understanding of current market rents.
