Looking for PM recommendation in and around Adelaide

    Hi

    We are looking to acquire our next IP within a 35-40 mins radius of Adelaide - still scoping different areas around there.

    So far the PMs we have spoken to haven't been the best of help in understanding what renters in the market are looking for.

    Any recommendations on PMs that you have had positive experiences with in that market would be helpful.

    Looking for someone who would be insightful in this initial stage but then also through property viewings and appraisals to final property management post purchase.
