Looking for Perth Property Development Mentor and Potential Partnership

Hi all, Im going to relocate to Perth in the next few months and planning to start my 1st development project, however Im not an experienced Developer and never completed a project from start to finish myself, Im eagerly hoping to get a mentor or potential partner to start this journey together.

My only Property experience is from my Real Estate background which I've been a Real Estate Agent for the past 10 years and was involved in residential and commercial property sales and leasing with some project sales and marketing experience + some online property development courses. Unfortunately, I have minimal experience in town planning/subdivision legislation/building and am unsure where to start...

I know this seems like a long shot but any advise will be greatly appreciated.

If I was looking to do a development in Perth, I'd very likely be engaging @Westminster as a consultant. She could act as your mentor as well, assuming it's something she offers.
