Looking for one more deal in Brisbane . We're aware of one coming up in jan which my wife has her eye on , but in someway's I'd like to get things finished before Christmas

If anyone stumbles on a deal which they're not in a position to take , but would snap up if they had the finance , we're looking for one more deal before we stop buying . Pref under 350

Looking for close to neutral , no major negatives - busy roads , flood zone , high voltage wires etc

Pm me if you see something you're happy to pass on .

Under $350K in Brisbane. Pray tell? Do you mean somewhere outside of Brisbane but in that general area?

Fly up on Sat and attend every single auction you can. Probably a better than 50% chance you'll walk away with a great deal, having been the only bidder ;)

Under 350k does exist in Brisbane, if you can push a little higher you may get a LMR development site. One went under contract last week 630sqm LMR corner block, dual living potential, cash flow + went for 390k.
I'm putting some information up later tonight as well as some other Brisbane suburbs.

    Hi Mel C

looks good , but don't like pools in IP's . One we had before might have looked like a pool , but it was a money pit masquerading as one ..

Yes I can imagine that is why this was a turn off for most investors...I agree pools are a pain in the butt but great if you have kids and not responsible for maintenance.

Seeing as it is in-ground, could the pool be cement-covered and become a grey water tank for the gardens? An upfront cost sure, but this one does look like a good buy with many other boxes ticked, for the price,
