    Hi all,

    Looking to take the next step in building portfolio, at this stage seeking the assistance of a reputable buyers agent. Strategy is to buy and hold, seeking properties with potential to add value, through basic cosmetic renovations and adding a bedroom and or bathroom etc.

    I found learnt some wise ideas from others such as starting with 'what outcome do I want to achieve' and articulating this specifically and then working from the end vision in mind
