    Hi all,

    looking to consolidate some mortgages and hopefully absorb an expensive line of credit into a new package. Also wanting to develop on some land so looking for a mortgage broker who is flexible.

    I am Canberra based but not concerned where the broker is. Happy to do everything virtually.
