I would also recommend that, it’s a really good pocket to own in, not sure what’s currently available on the market.

 

no to Carlingford if you want decent public transport. The train line there is a deadend, went to school in the area and heard so many promises on that line. Its been 15 years since school.

 

Just stick to the M2 bus area. Ie. Oakes Rd. Very good service. Fast and frequent. But, drawback is, it pretty much only goes to the city.

 

So the west pennant hills property was sold for 2.05 million (we didn’t bid for this as we thought there was too much maintenance overhead with it)..the North rocks property auction went way above expectation - 2.62 million

Best is using Google maps and on the ground. You will be able to see it every time you do an inspection.

 

Wow. At this price you would be able to get a mansion at Cherrybrook.

 

It's getting harder.... and much depends on your interpretation of "mansion"

Cherrybrook prices have really jumped. I feel Castle Hill is still a touch cheaper....

 

Yes the market has moved recently. A number of sales are 2.2m+

Castle Hill also moved significantly as well, especially anything near Castle Towers/Station.
