    Hello,

    How do people identify such opportunities?

    Looking for leads on the following:

    1. Land from developers at conception before becoming publicly available
    2. Can get released lots from developers at bargain
    3. Can get access to distressed properties....e.g foreclosures, distressed (could be divorce,deceased, etc) properties at under market value
    4. Access to block of units/townhouses under market value
    5. Get access to buyers who cannot settle/nominations on new builds purchased at great value....
    6. Any great value investment properties with great potential

    Are there any BAs who are really good at sourcing such opportunities?
