    Hi,

    i have a investment property in point cook. Current PM group is bad, they brought in bad tenants, who is not paying rent on time and damaging property but they have no way to evict them out.

    I want to change to other PM who is more responsible.

    could you help?

    Mad if you do , you let them off the hook , they will be laughing at yiu running away ,

    why let them win ? Stay with them and push them .
