Looking for accountant with investment knowledge

    Hi my husband and I are starting on our investment journey. We have 2 properties ( one investment, one family home) and are looking to add to our portfolio. Looking for a knowledgeable accountant in investment on structuring loans i.e. Who's name to put property in , planning for capital gains in future , minimizing tax etc, succession planning. We are located in hunter valley so maybe someone local or Sydney based. I know you can do most over phone but I get a better sense of someone after meeting in person.
