    I like Lou Lou Burgers (someone mentioned that earlier).

    It has repetition, is easy to recall (like Spotty Dog... some rhythm in the name is good).

    It removes the "loo" you want to avoid by making it Lou Lou.

    I guess it is different now that nobody uses White Pages, but back in the days before google, I used to wonder why businesses used "clever" or even phonetic spelling as a point of difference or point of interest when that made it annoying to have to look up the number in the white pages.

    Eg. The Phish Shop. Two problems with that...

    1. spelling of Fish
    2. "The" at the start.

    I always hated looking under "T" if a business started with "The something or other" or looking under "A" for businesses starting with "A something or other".

    Same goes for plays on words. It can work if the first word is easily memorable and you can google it. Google still finds it quicker than someone in the old days using the White Pages but I say keep it simple, snappy and memorable.

    Edit: This is especially important for those who might want to ring ahead and order. If you cannot recall the name, you won't ring.

    Ate at "Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle" today. Don't laugh, it has a Michelin Star.

    Goes to show the name does not always matter.

    Well in many ways its a great name cos it says what it does on the box and then relies entirely on the offering to make or break it.
