    Can some please recommend a good and reasonable town planner for a 35 lot subdivision in Cranbourne and Pakenham

    Is this a land subdivision only, or are you building townhouses? Do you have two sites or one? Do you own the sites or doing intial pre purchase investigations?

    Are these infill sites or are they in the growth areas/precinct structure plan (PSP) areas?

    Yes. 2 sites that i own with land subdivision only. No townhouses.

    1 is a infill site and other in psp draft
