Looking for a new home

Currently looking for a new home. Was a carer for my mother who lived with me. Following her death I was diagnosed with Complicated Grief. Bottom line is that I've been told that I need to find a new home; too many memories here holding me back.

Now renting my place out and looking to buy a property with enough land to put in a double garage/workshop - if one not already there - and also a granny flat to improve income. Regarding the latter, focusing on Ipswich due to their more enlightened view.

I teach IELTS strategies - the test that international students have to do in order to obtain a visa. In my free time I edit translated documents and believe it or not remove the odd palm tree from time to time. Only work on the large ones though, either pruning or removing, because I love climbing them.
