    Hi all,

    We have not been happy with our previous accountant and looking for a new accountant that specializes in the property investment space or is a property investor themselves. Ideally based on the Northern Beaches or North Shore.

    Several great ones on here, not necessarily in same area. BUT do you need to be. Many of my clients in QLD use people on here that are interstate like @Paul@PFI .

    I live in North Shore NSW yet my accountant is based in QLD, sorry do not use currently any SYD accountants (I think only SMSF auditor is from Sydney)!
