    Hi,

    Have just identified a property we'd like to buy (auction in the 2nd week of March) and I have no idea out to go about getting a loan from the bank.

    I can easily afford to buy the property but I have a very low income and no credit rating here (zero debt, not even a credit card).

    Any property brokers on this forum who is able to help? More details via PM. :)
