    Hi,
    Im looking for a Hobart based mortgage broker and wondering if anyone can recommend someone. Currently looking at buying my first IP.
    Also as this is my first post i'd like to thank all the contributors on this forum. As a newbie trying to get my head around property it has been an invaluable resource.

    Is there any reason they need to be local? You'll find several experienced brokers here, who look after clients nation wide.
