Cheers. First in Sydney. All areas are up for consideration within a CBD commute radius, but properties in the Inner West and Lower North Shore are seeming to more often tick the most boxes.
Definitely. I'm tentatively thinking that new stock will improve over the next 12 months regardless of what happens though (boom, sideways, GFC 2.0). Just not interested in jumping at slim pickings right now.
