    While plenty in the article is on the money, I cannot help but quote this image to revisit in 2016 when the Brisbane prediction, in particular, was was off the mark:

    I'm actually surprised there is these predictions of growth next year, what with the slowdown we have already seen in Sydney. But anyway, I am still happy for it to grow. :)

    Brisbane at 3% I think is a low prediction. I hope/expect it will do better than that.
