    Hi all,

    Always a reader and never a writer.. until today...

    Thought maybe finally should join up.

    Located in Brisbane, mostly just doing buy and hold. But now starting to get an interest in developing such as split blocks etc or perhaps buy renovate and sell.

    Looking forward to interacting a bit in 2019
