    Hi PC,

Looking for someone to recommend me a good legal firm to draw up a contract for a proposed sale of a land and house(duplex). The tricky thing is the subdivision is currently underway and at least until 6 months from being completed. I would like to have a contract so a investor can grab the price on offer now, enjoy the capital growth in the meantime with the intention to honour the build contract once new land title is given (approx 6 months) My accountant seem's to think its called a "heads of agreement" contract but someone out there may have had experience in these matters?

    Many thanks, Youngbull

Off the plan contract. @RPI should be able to assist.

Thanks Terry. We do this stuff constantly. Our side of it is fairly quick for a small one like this (as in days) the delays tend to be associated with supplying the information needed for the disclosure required to go with an OTP or proposed lot contract.
