    It's not a good thing - it's a fairly direct measure of supply, no?
    Why would you buy a sub 400m block 30km+ from the city - isn't a backyard the best reason for living in the 'burbs?

    I wouldn't buy a small block far away. To be honest I don't know what you mean by "falling" block size. I assumed it meant that land was running out so they were now carving smaller sections in Park Ridge e.g 160m2 as a result. In which case that's good for tekozs big 2 fiddy

    Umm in my mind falling block size is great as long as everyone is doibg it

    It proves that people are willing to pay morr and accept smaller blocks just to get into the area.

    Every boom area does that

    yes, that's the thing, it is Termites free, Asbestos free and better in terms of depreciation.
