logan granny flat requirements

    hi im looking at purchasing a property in logan councill and wondering how do i find out if the property is gf compatible before going ahead, tia

    I thought the charges for dual occ were high and granny flat was reasonable. So on my well zoned property I have to make a decision between development that triggers infra charges or go the granny flat route.

    does anyone have a more up to date view of this? It has changed recently

    roughly 16k for a auxiliary unit. Not sure if the dual occ

    That is kinda my recollection too a reasonable difference in infra charges between GF ie 16k auxiliary versus 50k plus dual occ ..... townhouses even more.

    Dual occ is also around 16k if 2 bedroom (which is what a granny flat is)
    I believe 3+ bedroom would be around 26k
    52k is probably the total amount (remember if your property has 1 dwelling around 26k has already been paid)

    Ah that sounds like more solid than than my poor memory. It is a bit complex and tricky
