    Hi,

With all the hype around Logan, want to get your perspective of this suburb called Daisy Hill.

There is a prestigious school John Paul College, next to Ikea (probably spent heaps of money for research and setup a store there), recently $8mil upgrade to Chatswood Central shopping center right next to Daisy Hill. There is recently an luxury apartment build and a koala park just behind. With all this hype, do you think it is just a matter of time that the prices of this suburb will just explode with the rest of Logan?

P.S. Dami Im grew up there, hence bringing worldwide attention to this small suburb??

Good suburb with a lot potential if you can afford to buy there.

Daisy Hill is a little cheap because of logan but it is one of the better ones in the logan vicinity.

Daisy Hill, Cornubia, Shailer Park all good quality family areas. Logan Council area not to be confused with "Logan Central"

Anyone know if Logan's gentrification process has started?

Buy in Slacks Creek, as you get all of the mentioned benefits of daisy hill for about a $120k discount

True. But if you are from Sydney you know that Mt Druitt rolled big time in glitter pool and became 24k gold. Of course, there are many ways to make money. Those who invest say, in inner west are probably big risk takers, vs someone who invest in slow and steady markets. So, wondering where do you invest in Azazel?

He does not like to invest where other investors are. He will not disclose his locations to keep them from other herd minded investors :)

Hehe, not when I'm looking at a place, but that's a learned behaviour around here.
