It would be akin to buying a 300k house on Donnington Rd in Elizabeth North

@Rolo share your experiences here. Unfortunately I'll be in Tasmania next week. Seems like everyone's buying in logan. A search for houses in Logan central brings up more than 100 listings!

Lucky you are not here this week it's freezing, got to a balmy high of 8 today! 100 listings for Logan means there is plenty to go round. Don't sweat it there will always be deals around.

And by 'gun' I assume you're referring to Lu? I heard she's the best of the best in that area. I know who I'm gonna call when I finally get my piece of Logan.

Lu Bracher heads up a property management business that has expert experience, knowledge in the Logan City Council area. But her business also looks after my properties in BCC area, and I believe they manage some up in Moreton Bay Council areas too.

PM me if you'd like her details or you can find her on here too.

This under contract in 2 days, interesting to see how the price compares up with your example at auction as this is "apparently" legal height

Be very cautious when dealing with Coronis Springwood

    Very unprofessional, Unethical and annoying

But the worst is they try to make you do a credit check.

Although as a seller they seem to get top dollar for their properties (but if you look at their stats their sales volume is quiet low)

RP data shows the sale and rental history of a property. Its really good to have because you can see the growth of the property (if data permitting) and how long it has been in the market for. Good to negotiate with a real estate agent if a property was in the market 300 days.

RP Data is database where most if not all property related transactions are displayed. It also shows who owns property and also details pertaining to the property like size of block, date of purchase, if it's currently for sale, amount of time on the market, type of property.
Also it contains Comparitive Market Analysis reports and other property related information. This is my experience of it. I'm sure there are other features also.
It is commonly used by REA and investors to compare prices for reasonable property valuations at desk level.
Alternatively, you can Google it and check out the website for more info.

Hmm I wondered about this as well but I haven't been in to have a look - however, if you look closely at the photos - it looks like they have stopped working on it - but they are asking a price of a completed property.

For example, the lights and switches in some of the rooms not complete.
The bathroom - no vanity top - not tapware, no mirrors and if you look to the right...no shower screen, and no shoer rose/taps etc.
Then you have a look at the rear yard and you can see incomplete works as well - until I see for sure I am only assuming there may still be too much to do and if you factor those works into the asking price - the price is too high. This is just me thinking.

At first glance I really liked it too.
