I always see better connections among suburbs without the need of accessing the Highway always as a positive thing. More over there used to be always a bridge there between Loganholme and Edens Landing so it is like preserving a piece of history!! ;-)

The issue is I haven't seen anything in writing anywhere about this proposal....

How much do you guys think this one will go for?

    13 Woodley Ave, Loganholme.

My best friend owns a few houses down the road and he is thinking of selling as well. Quite comparable I think. Same land size but this one has 2 baths but my mates one has 2 LUG and 1 Bath.

    Over $500k you guys think?

I'm seeing this one 4/2/2 sold $482.5k but back in Dec 17th so I'm not sure - plus no internal pictures. Might have been a complete wreck.

Does 500k still get you in the game for a house in Logan (avoiding the worst parts)

from what I've heard parts of Woodridge, Kingston, Logan Central are not the best areas, and anything too far out.

Yes definitely. I think plenty of profits in Browns Plains already made. It is popular with those who like Westfield shops, transport link are good. Plenty of work in that area too. It is good for large blocks/ subdivide strategy.

    Opinion only.

Maybe a 3-1-1 in Shailer Park or Daisy Hill.
Probably looking at more 550-600 though

I think that is very unlikely......Shailer Park and Daisy Hill are desirable and expensive. Also not much for sale.

WOW - 50% increase in demand for Woodridge? Thats pretty major. Those median days on the market are 100% wrong. LOL

You'd be lucky to have any property sit for a week let alone two weeks.
