I thought it was interesting to see another post where Brisbane was referred to as BRI (It would be BNE for @Propertunity and me :D)
BRI: Annerley Unit or Oxley Townhouse?

The posts made me realise we've been using 3 letter codes for our IP suburbs since we started: EPP = Epping, LLR = Lalor, PRA = prahran etc....

The funny one is Clayton. We have always called it CLY (not sure why TBH), but recently PTV went and put codes on all the stations along the new sky rail stations on the Pakenham/Cranbourne line, and they use "CLA"

Also, we refer to Ascot Vale as AV. I suppose it should be AVA or something? :D
