Loans Australia - Stephen McClatchie (Melbourne, Victoria)

Hello everyone,

Recently attended a property investment seminar and watched a talk by Stephen McClatchie (from Loans Australia). He talked about finance and mortgage structuring that day. And I think he runs a mortgage broker company (tailored for property investing).

Has anyone here approached / used their services before? If yes, what do you think of them?

Nope. I write my own loans and my clients loans

But you know, I think you'd need to go a long long way to find brokers with the skill, experience and investment focused knowledge that several brokers on this forum offer

 

I have used them, after going through 40 brokers between August 2017 - May 2018 who couldn't find me a loan, Loans Australia got me pre-approval twice (once on deal that fell through for other reasons not finance related, and on a current deal) and last week they got final approval on contracts signed earlier this month, so I would recommend them as a broker.
