    Hi all,

    Nothing complex here, just a R3 block to be subdivided into 2 equal lots - any town planner recommendations? I don't see any major dramas considering someone up the road has done this a couple of years ago and plenty of neighbours have plonked duplexes or terraces nearby.

    Tried calling John yesterday morning, no dice so I flicked him an email instead. He had called back by lunchtime and gave me some ideas that I haven't even thought of so thanks for your recommendation.
